Deutsche Legion

Deutsche Legion was formed 25 Aug 1919 in Mitau from 2. Infanterie-Brigade, parts of 1. Garde-Reserve-Division and Germans from the Baltische Landeswehr.

It served under the Freiwillige Russische Westarmee commanded by Colonel Prince Pavel Avalov-Bermondt.

The legion was disbanded 18 Dec 1919 after returning to Germany.
